Are these NewAge rates net, and what is extra?
Yes. Every rate on this page is a NET rate per piece, Ex-Works Delhi, effective 15.09.2026. Nothing further is deducted — there is no list price and no discount to apply. GST is extra at the rate applicable to each item, and freight and cartage are extra as per actual. Send your delivery city with your requirement and we will add a firm freight figure.
Why is the RRL fire hose GST different from everything else?
The "PREMIER-NEWAGE" RRL fire hose is charged at 5% GST. Every other item on this page is charged at 18%. The GST column on each table shows the rate that applies to that line, and the quote builder totals the two separately so your grand total is right on a mixed order rather than taxing the whole bill at one rate.
Which of these items are UL Listed?
The five unbraided flexible hoses — 700 mm, 1000 mm, 1200 mm, 1500 mm and 1800 mm — are UL Listed, and the listing is part of the product description. No UL or FM claim is made for any other item on this page. Where a certification matters to your specification, ask us for the certificate covering the exact item and we will send it before you order.

Do you deliver outside Delhi?
Yes. Vijay Sales Corporation supplies pan-India from the Delhi warehouse. Rates here are Ex-Works Delhi, so freight and cartage are extra as per actual. For project quantities we can also quote door-delivered — send the site pin code with your list.

What warranty comes with NewAge products?
All NewAge fire fighting equipment carries a 12-month manufacturer's warranty against material and workmanship defects from the date of invoice. Valves and brigade connections are factory hydro-tested, and replacement is provided for any unit failing pressure or visual inspection during the warranty window. We coordinate warranty claims directly with the manufacturer on your behalf.
How do I place a bulk order?

Our team responds with a formal Proforma Invoice covering item-wise rates, HSN-wise GST breakup, lead time and a freight estimate for your site. For tender quantities, share the tender BOQ and delivery schedule and we will quote against it.
What is the lead time on these items?
Stocked items dispatch within 24 to 48 hours of payment realisation from the Delhi warehouse. For made-to-order quantities — typically large hydrant valve or brigade connection lots — lead time is confirmed at order acknowledgement, and we share production updates on long lead-time orders so your site planning stays on track.
What is the difference between SS and GM hydrant valves?
SS (stainless steel) hydrant valves offer excellent corrosion resistance at an economical price, and are the standard choice for inland commercial and industrial buildings. GM (gun metal) valves are cast from a copper-tin-zinc alloy with superior resistance to seawater and aggressive environments, which is why GM is specified on coastal projects and refineries. This price list carries the SS range, which is what the large majority of Delhi-NCR and inland fire projects specify — if your drawing calls for GM, send us the specification and we will quote it separately.
What is the difference between standard and quick response sprinklers?
Standard response sprinklers use a 5 mm glass bulb and suit storage and industrial occupancies. Quick response sprinklers use a 3 mm bulb that activates roughly four times faster, and are specified for light-hazard occupancies such as hotels, hospitals and offices. The activation temperature is the same 68 deg. C — only the response speed changes. This list carries the standard response heads in pendent, upright and sidewall patterns; if your project specifies quick response, send us the requirement and we will quote it.
