What is the Difference Between Kartar Dual Plated NRV and Single Plate NRV?

Kartar Dual Plated NRV (also called dual disc check valve) uses two spring-loaded half-discs that close simultaneously, giving faster closure and lower water-hammer effect — ideal for pumping and process lines. Wafer-type sandwiches between flanges; flanged-type has its own end connections. Kartar Single Plate NRV uses a single swing-disc, simpler construction, lower cost — suited to gravity-flow and low-velocity applications. Both are PN16 cast iron.
