Yes. This price list is effective 20 April 2026 and is reproduced directly from Sant Valves Pvt. Ltd.'s official published price list. As an authorised dealer of SANT & SBM products, VSC maintains current rates. Note: the price list at the time of dispatch shall apply — if Sant revises rates between your inquiry and our dispatch, the revised rates govern. We always confirm the applicable rates at PI (Proforma Invoice) stage.

What discount is offered on the Sant Valves list price?

50% off the published Sant list price — one of the deepest distributor discounts available on Sant in India. Subject to requirement and product mix. Bulk orders and project quantities may receive further consideration. Rates are Ex-Delhi Warehouse; GST 18% is extra; cartage & freight as per actual.

What is the actual landed price after discount and GST?

Example for a 100mm Sant CI Butterfly Valve PN16 with SG Iron Disc (CR-21A):

List price Rs.5,153/- per piece → less 50% distributor discount = Rs.2,577/- → plus 18% GST = Rs.3,040/- per piece (Ex-Delhi Warehouse). The same formula applies across the entire price list. Freight to your destination is additional, as per actual.

Are these rates inclusive of freight to my city?

No. All rates on this price list are Ex-Delhi Warehouse (Hauz Qazi). Cartage and freight to your destination are additional and as per actual logistics cost. For pan-India project orders, we negotiate freight based on volume and route — share your delivery location and we'll quote a comprehensive landed rate.

Can I get a better discount for bulk or project quantities?

Yes. For project BOQs of 10+ line items or bulk single-item orders, we typically offer additional consideration on top of the standard 50% distributor discount. What if my required size isn't listed in the price list?

Larger sizes, special variants, actuated valves (pneumatic/electric/limit switch), PN20 or PN25 ductile iron, SS-316 disc options, and the full UL/FM range are all available from Sant on order — they simply aren't on the standard distributor price list. How do I get a formal quotation or Proforma Invoice (PI) on these rates?

For BOQs with 10+ line items, we typically respond within the same working day with a comprehensive Proforma Invoice including item-wise rates, applicable distributor discount, freight estimate, GST, and confirmed delivery timeline. The PI is valid for 7 working days from issue.

What is the payment process and credit terms?

For new customers and project orders, payment is typically 100% advance against Proforma Invoice — dispatch happens within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation. For established repeat customers, we offer agreed credit terms (typically 30 days) based on order history. Payments accepted via NEFT/RTGS/IMPS, demand draft, or cheque to 'Vijay Sales Corporation'. GST invoice issued at dispatch.

Will Sant's Works' Test Certificate be provided with my supply?

Yes. Sant's Works' Test Certificate — covering body test pressure, seat test pressure, and material conformity — is furnished with every supply. For IBR-approved valves (CI-1A Cast Iron Globe Valve and CS-11 Cast Steel Ball Valve Flanged Class 150), the certificate is issued in Form III-C as per IBR. For project orders requiring additional third-party inspection (Bureau Veritas, TUV, SGS, Lloyd's Register), specify at the time of order and we coordinate this with Sant's manufacturing.

How will I know if prices change after I receive this list?

Sant Valves Pvt. Ltd. revises its list price periodically (typically annually, sometimes mid-year for specific product groups). The current list is effective 20 April 2026. When you raise a fresh PI request, we confirm the applicable rates at that moment — if Sant has issued a revised list between your earlier reference and the new PI, the revised list governs. We never quote stale rates; the price list at the time of dispatch shall apply.
