Advance CI Butterfly Valve (PN10 & PN16)

The Advance BF series is the workhorse butterfly valve for Indian HVAC, fire protection and water supply projects. Wafer, lugged or double-flanged body in cast iron IS:210 FG 200; ductile iron disc with nylon coating (or stainless steel SS-410 as the premium variant); AISI 410 high-tensile stainless steel stem; integrally moulded BUNA-N, EPDM or Viton-A liner depending on duty. Available in lever operation up to 150NB and gear operation 200NB and above.

Advance CI Butterfly Valve PN16 with SS-410 Disc

The SS-410 disc variant is the premium specification — same cast iron body and integrally moulded elastomer liner as the standard PN16, but with a stainless steel 410-grade disc in place of the nylon-coated ductile iron. The SS disc gives longer service life in aggressive water (high chlorides, treated effluent, sea water tributaries), is the disc of choice for fire-fighting where water quality cannot be guaranteed, and adds roughly 10–15% to the valve cost over the standard PN16. Lever operated up to 150NB; gear operated 250NB and above (200NB available in both).

Advance CI Dual Plate Non-Return Valve PN16

The Advance Dual Plate NRV is the non-slam alternative to conventional swing-check valves — twin spring-loaded plates close rapidly under reverse flow, preventing the pressure surge (water hammer) that destroys pipework and pumps. Compact wafer face-to-face is significantly shorter than swing checks, and the design is bi-directional install (vertical or horizontal). Body in cast iron, SG iron or cast steel; plate in ASTM A-217 Gr CA-15 (SS-410) or CF8M; SS-316 spring and bearings; BUNA-N or EPDM seat.

The large-bore companion to the bronze balancing valve — for HVAC chilled and hot water risers, pump discharge headers, and process plant flow control. Cast iron body and bonnet in IS 210 / BS 1452 / ASTM A48, EPDM seat seal against SS-410 disc, non-rising SS-410 stem with lockable spindle for tamper-proofing after commissioning. Micrometer scale on the hand wheel gives 1/10 turn precision; integrated pressure test cocks accept portable mercury manometers or digital differential pressure meters for flow verification.
