CI Ball Valves (CI-17 threaded, CI-18 flanged) to IS:9890 Class 125, PN16, ISI marked. Cast Steel CS-11 flanged Class 150 three-piece design to BS 5351 / API 6D, body in CCS ASTM A216 Gr. Sant Gate / Sluice Valves — CI & Bronze
Two distinct ranges for two distinct duties. The CR-32B CI Wedge Gate Sluice Valve to IS:14846, PN16 PD type, ISI marked — the bulk-flow isolation valve for water mains, fire-fighting headers and large pipework. Cast Iron IS:210 Gr.FG200 body, bolted bonnet, inside screw and non-rising stem, solid wedge disc with renewable seat, Cu-Alloy rings and SS (12 Cr.12) stem, sizes 50–300MM. The Bronze Gate Valves (IS-31, IS-33, SBM-1, SBM-2) to IS:778 Class-1/Class-2 — small-bore screwed connection valves with OS & Yoke or Peglar-type design for plumbing, water distribution and irrigation.

Sant Check / Non-Return Valves
Three NRV options across the pressure and application range. DP Dual Plate Wafer Check PN16 — Ductile Iron body and disc (SG Iron), EPDM rubber seat, SS-304 spring, SS AISI-420 hinge/stop pins. Spring-loaded twin plates close rapidly under reverse flow — the non-slam alternative to swing check, minimising water hammer in pump discharge and fire pump systems. Sizes 50–400MM, clamp between ASME B16.5 Class-150 flanges. SP Single Plate Wafer Check PN16 — Ductile Iron body (epoxy coated), Carbon Steel + Ni Plate disc, EPDM seat, sizes 50–200MM, for general low-to-medium pressure non-return service. Sant CI Globe Valve — IBR-Approved (Steam Service)
The Sant CI Globe Valve (CI-1A) is the IBR-approved isolation and regulation valve for steam, hot water, and boiler ancillary service. Manufactured to BS:5152 / DIN 86251, with the body in Cast Iron under IBR 86 to 93 Gr.A. Bolted bonnet, outside screw & yoke type rising stem (with visual position indication), renewable seat and disc in SS AISI-410, expanded pure flexible graphite gland packing for high-temperature seal integrity, Aluminum Bronze yoke bush. Maximum BOP 13 Kg/cm² at 220°C steam — the standard specification for plant steam lines, boiler outlet header isolation and process steam regulation.

The Sant balancing range provides full coverage for HVAC hydronic commissioning. CIBV Ductile Iron Balancing Valve Flanged — DI body and bonnet, DI/EPDM disc trim, SS stem assembly, CI/DI hand wheel, precise balancing double regulation type. Sizes 65–300MM, working pressure 1.6 MPa, body test 2.4 MPa, max temperature 120°C — for chilled water risers, pump discharge headers and large-bore commissioning. SBBV Brass Balancing Valve — full brass body / disc / stem / bonnet, copper alloy trim, ABS plastic regulating wheel, screwed BSP parallel threads. Sizes 20–50MM, max temperature 150°C — for fan-coil branches, terminal-unit drops and small-bore commissioning.

What is the difference between Sant BFX (SG Iron disc) and BFY (SS-304 disc) butterfly valves?
Both BFX and BFY are Sant CI Wafer-type Butterfly Valves PN16 with replaceable seat & disc design, EPDM lining and SS AISI-410 stem. The difference is the disc material: BFX uses SG (Spheroidal Graphite) Iron, suitable for clean water and standard HVAC service; BFY uses SS-304 stainless steel, preferred for aggressive water, treated water with high TDS, and fire-fighting where water quality cannot be guaranteed. The SS-304 disc adds approximately 25–30% to valve cost.
